Refund policy

 

At Techware Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we take great care to inspect every product before it leaves our warehouse, we understand that sometimes issues may occur. To ensure fairness for both our customers and our business, we have outlined our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only offered if the product you receive is defective, damaged on arrival, or significantly different from what you ordered.

  • To be eligible, you must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging along with the invoice.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind or preference (e.g., you no longer like the product or want to upgrade to a different one).

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents after delivery.

  • Items that are company-sealed (e.g., Apple, Microsoft, or other manufacturer-sealed products) cannot be refunded once opened.

  • Variations in product images and colors, as pictures on the website may differ slightly from actual items.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer support team through WhatsApp, email, or phone to report the issue.

  2. Once your request is reviewed, our team will guide you through the return process.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong product, defective item, etc.), Techware Solutions will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notes

  • Refund requests will not be entertained after 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Customers must ensure that all accessories, warranty cards, and original packaging are included when returning a product.

  • Any deduction or charges for non-accepted orders may apply depending on the situation.
