At Techware Solutions, we want to make shopping simple, safe, and convenient. To support all types of customers, we currently offer the following payment methods:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Customers can choose to pay in cash at the time of delivery.

  • COD is available nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Before dispatching your order, our team will confirm your purchase via call or SMS.

  • Please ensure that you have the exact amount available at the time of delivery. Delivery agents may not always carry change.

2. Online Payments via PayFast

  • For faster and more secure payments, we accept online payments through PayFast Pakistan, our official payment partner.

  • You can pay using local debit/credit cards, internet banking, or mobile wallets supported by PayFast.

  • All transactions are fully encrypted, and we do not store your card or banking details.

  • PayFast ensures the highest level of security and compliance, so you can shop with confidence.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • If an order paid through PayFast is canceled or returned, the refund will be issued to the same payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For COD orders, refunds (if applicable under our Refund Policy) will be processed via bank transfer or provided as store credit.

  • Refund requests must comply with our Refund & Return Policy.

Important Notes

  • All payments are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only.

  • Techware Solutions will never ask for your PIN, password, or OTP. Please do not share such details with anyone claiming to represent us.
